Outlook Email Setup on iPhone/iOS

In the iOS App Store, search for Microsoft Outlook  (it will appear like below) or use the following link: https://app.adjust.com/rg1l6s

If it’s your first time opening the app, you will be asked to enter your Full Work Email Address. Next, click Add Account

If it is not your first time, open the Menu and tap the gear icon for Settings. Next, go to Add Account > Add Email Account

If you enter your work email correctly, it will detect that it is O365-backed and will prompt you for your account password.  Enter it, and click Sign In.

Enter your Outlook.com password

You may be prompted to connect/verify your cell phone number via a SMS/text code. Do so, then accept any prompts for permissions you may receive. 

Click Done, then you will be given a small tutorial of the app and can now view and respond to email in the Outlook for iOS app.

Outlook Email Setup on Android

In the Google Play/Android store search for Microsoft Outlook (the result will appear as below) or you can use the following link: https://app.adjust.com/xzzdub 

Click Install to download the app, then Open

On first launch of the app, tap Get Started – Outlook may then detect your Google Account used to set up the phone. Click Skip to proceed to add your work account.

On the next Add Account screen, enter in your Full Work Email Address, then click Continue

Enter your email address.

Enter in your account password, then type Sign In

Enter your password for your email account.

You may be prompted to add additional information, such as your phone number – if so, click Next and enter in your phone number to get a verification code via SMS/text, then type it in to confirm. 

Once done, your email will load into the Outlook App.
